Returns & Exchange Policy

We follow a size chart with body measurements to help you pick the perfect size. However, if you still want to swap your items for another size or style then you may return them at:

Within 7 Days along with the tags in its original box packing along with the invoice. Please mention your desired exchange piece along with the size on the invoice. 
The exchange piece must be of similar or higher value. 
We can also issue you a credit note if you choose to delay your purchase for the exchange items.

The important thing to keep in mind while sending back the product for return:

• All items must have the original tags and should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant, or detergent.
• All items should be free of make – up or tan marks
• We do not entertain refund & cancellation requests. 
• Altered outfits will not be eligible for exchange.
• We do not entertain returns & exchanges on international orders.

Under our policy, you may exchange the size of your purchased product only once (For Domestic Orders Only!) 

Please Note- During Festivals, Public Holidays, Pandemics, or adverse weather conditions your shipment could get delayed. We assure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.
